David
The moment he stepped off the mat after taking his first yoga class, David Larot knew he had found the missing link to his active lifestyle—and a new passion. As an athlete with a love for skating and snowboarding, David knew yoga would provide the counterbalance he needed both for his body (which was beginning to take its toll) and his spirit. Under the guidance of his first instructor, he began leading classes in 2004 and began studying yoga with numerous teachers since then. Today, David combines various styles from the flow of Vinyasa to the power and of Astanga to his yoga classes, emphasizing the importance of "the breath". David is certified with Yoga Fit and continues his training this summer with Yoga Works. You can find him skating and snowboarding every other chance he gets!
