Prenatal Yoga
with Marleen Stam-Gibbs

Safe, fun and healthy for the uncomplicated pregnancy, this class will help you cope with going through the changes of pregnancy and prepare your body for giving birth. The class is a mix of strengthening and stretching exercises, and includes some breathing and relaxation techniques. Work on maintaining proper posture, relieve ligament pain, and ease lower back pain, swollen ankles and other pregnancy related ailments. Begin this class in any trimester and continue until the big day! The sooner you begin, the greater the benefits. Meet other moms to be.
Itsy Bitsy Yoga

Yoga 101 for Beginners
with Hannah Callaway
Mondays - October 20 - December 1

Fee: $85 6 sessions (no class Nov. 24)
You've heard about all the wonderful benefits of yoga, but you've never tried it. This class is for you! Learn how to practice yoga from the beginning. Gain a solid foundation in the fundamentals of yoga poses (asana) and breathing (pranyama), and experience for yourself the pleasure and power of this ancient - yet very modern - practice.

Yoga For Teens
With Isabelle Bridges

Fee: $45 - 4 Classes; $80 - 8 Classes; $15 Drop In
Teens will enjoy this fun class that combines active yoga poses, breathing exercises and group discussion. Gain fitness, manage stress, increase focus, and improve self-esteem in an eight-week series that explores the basics of yoga and key principles of body awareness and mindful living.

The Art of Yoga for Kids

Fee: $40 – Four classes OR $15/class
In this fun and experiential yoga class, kids have the opportunity to enhance their creativity and explore yoga through a fun and multi-sensory approach. Simple expressive arts projects will help convey the inspiration of the practice as kids improve strength, fitness, balance, spatial awareness, posture, concentration and focus and build positive self concept. This class integrates visual, auditory and kinesthetic learning styles in an irresistible combination!
